Chevy blazer driver side window problems.

Switch was replaced with two used parts but that wasn t the problem. Power window problem of the 2003 chevrolet trailblazer 21. If it s the switch it could partially work or not at all. I have a 2006 chevy trailblazer.

Is it making any noise at all when you push the button. I tried to buy the window module via online and found that there is an investigation going on by nhtsa. The rely fuse is a silver rectangle two prong fuse. I opened the window module and found that the driver s side power window switch was burned.

Now won t go up or down but all other windows work. Or for a couple of days and then not at all. It does go down all the way. I have had the car for 3 years and have never had any issues until now.

Its a pain at the drive thru. Now it won t work at all. It ll go up to about an inch or two from the top. It won t go all the way to the top.

It will either be a problem with the switch or with the regulator motor. Replacing the faulty window motor will commonly correct this concern. It s stuck in the down position. The affected window may start working again after the motor cools off.

Driver side window will work when it wants. In the process it tips forward a bit. Both drivers side and passenger side windows will not go down. When i roll my windows down from the driver side controller the windows come right back up.

I have to actually hold the button down for the window to stay down. If it is making noises then you probably have a broken window regulator. Sometimes in the early mornings and not in the evenings. And i can pull it up to within a quarter inch but sometimes it slips back down.

The most recent is that the driver s side power window seems to be off track. Usually if it s the motor it will overheat and stop working partially roll down and stop then after a while it will work again and move the window another inch or two. We looked at the fuse relay which is on the left hand side of the drivers area.
