Just the idea can be tiring. I cut off and sanded the rough tags then applied caulk smoothing it with a wet hand until smooth. Light barely there scratches buff away easily with a soft cloth dabbed in leather oil or conditioner. Apply shoe polish to the scratched area.

To fix scratches on leather couch you are going to need oils like olive oil or orange oil and a soft cloth or a chamois cloth. Find a shade of shoe polish that matches your furniture. They too will lighten as it dries. Let dry and lightly sand smooth.
